金刚石中隐藏的硅空位中心

摘要
我们利用共线光学多维相干光谱表征了金刚石中高密度负电荷硅空位（SiV）中心。通过比较互补的信号探测方案，我们识别出一群在光致发光中通常无法观测到的隐藏\ce{SiV^-}中心群体，其表现出显著的光谱非均匀性和延长的电子时间。该现象可能由应变引起，表明在基于色心的量子器件中存在一种控制电相干性的潜在机制。
