单晶Ir(111)薄膜上的石墨烯-硅层状结构

摘要
单晶过渡金属薄膜是石墨烯及石墨烯基材料外延生长的理想平台。通过插层方法,在带有氧化钇稳定氧化锆缓冲层的Si衬底上的Ir(111)薄膜上成功构建了石墨烯-硅层状结构。此类异质层状结构与当前硅基微电子工艺兼容,在未来微纳电子器件应用中展现出高度前景。
