Kondo击穿量子临界点处的Grüneisen比

摘要
我们证明，多尺度Kondo击穿量子临界点(QCP)的图景会导致Grüneisen比发散，其反常指数为0.7。特别地，我们基于简单的解析表达式，拟合了的比热、热膨胀和Grüneisen比的实验数据。在0.4 K至10 K的温度范围内，实验与理论之间取得了合理的一致性。我们讨论了Grüneisen比如何成为区分Kondo击穿理论和自旋密度波理论的关键测量量。
