摘要
本文提出一种方法，从任意精细的单室生物物理模型中提取低维积分发放模型。该方法旨在将生物物理模型中最大电导参数的调制与所提积分发放模型中参数的调制联系起来。该方法在两个有充分文献记载的细胞神经调制实例上得到说明：I型与II型兴奋性的转换，以及放电与爆发式的转换。
