我们讨论了环面簇 Frobenius 分裂的特征无关版本，并给出了环面簇对角分裂的多面体判据。我们应用该判据证明了：在对角分裂的环面簇上，半正定线丛的截面环是正规呈现且 Koszul 的，而 Schubert 簇在一般情况下并非对角分裂。
