摘要
我们报告指出，在统计稳态机制下，驱动重力波和毛细波湍流的功率表现出比其平均值强得多的涨落。我们表明，其概率密度函数 (PDF) 的最概然值接近于零，并包含两个不对称的近似指数拖尾。我们使用一个简单的 Langevin 型模型来理解 PDF 的定性特征。
