本文中，我们考察具有环作用的 ind-层片的一些有限性。作为本文的主要结果，在相干 ind--模的阿贝尔范畴与相干 -模的阿贝尔范畴之间存在一个范畴等价，其中 是 k-代数层而 是一个域。
