摘要
我们将Fromm与Goldmakher [arXiv:1706.03002]的一个定理显化，该定理指出，只需改进Pólya-Vinogradov不等式中的首项常数，即可改进短特征和的伯格尼斯界。为实现此目标，我们建立了与实乘法函数均值及迪克曼函数相关的若干估计的显式版本。
