我们考虑一个具有时变系数的Hilbert空间中的随机微分方程，该方程尚无一般的存在唯一性结果。在适当假设下，我们证明了相应Fokker-Planck方程的测度值解的存在唯一性。特别地，我们验证了Chapman-Kolmogorov方程，并得到了由该随机微分方程非形式化给出的随机动力学的转移概率演化系统。
