摘要
我们发展了一种非局域介电响应理论，用以描述金属 - 半导体异质结构中激子寿命的温度依赖性。激子与表面等离激元之间的耦合导致激子辐射衰变率随温度呈现强烈的非单调行为。通过调节等离激元频率，可以控制激子的光发射效率。
