摘要
在稠密气 - 金属等离子体形成的初始阶段，研究了溅射并电离的工作材料注入脉冲反射放电等离子体的过程。提出了一种计算模型，用于估计将所需工作材料注入放电的溅射机制参数。所得数据与实验结果吻合良好。
