摘要
我们计算了一对能级近乎简并的横向耦合InGaAs量子点中中性激子和带电激子的发射光谱。随着量子点间距的减小，发射光谱中发生了一系列变化，这些变化可作为分子耦合的指示。这些信号源于三子相较于中性激子更强的隧穿耦合。
