摘要
硫化铅是一种重要的光敏材料，其光电特性受到广泛关注。我们完成了PbS纳米线及单根PbS纳米线器件的制备，随后对PbS纳米线器件进行了电学性能测试。我们发现单根硫化铅纳米线器件表现出依赖于外加电压和光功率密度的忆阻特性。由此我们研究了单根硫化铅纳米器件的电输运特性。
