Cr1-dS (d=0,0.17) 带电子结构研究——NiAs 型晶体结构

摘要
通过光电子和反光电子谱仪对 CrS (d=0) 与 Cr5S6 (d=0.17) 的价带和导带电子结构进行了研究。Cr5S6 的价带带宽为 8.5 eV，明显宽于 CrS 的 8.1 eV。然而，基于 Cr 3p-3d 激光共挨光电子谱得到的 Cr 3d 部分态密度在两个化合物中相对于能级形状和束缚能而言几乎保持不变。CrS 与 Cr5S6 的 Cr 3d (t2g) 交换分裂能分别为 3.9 eV 和 3.3 eV。
