中间价态体系 CeRhSi2 和 Ce2Rh3Si5 的磁性与电子结构

摘要
在宽泛的温度和磁场强度范围内，研究了三元化合物 CeRhSi2 和 Ce2Rh3Si5（分别为正交晶系 CeNiSi2 型和 U2Co3Si5 型结构）的晶体结构及物理（磁性、电输运和热力学）性质。结果揭示这两种材料均为价态涨落体系，与先前的文献报道一致。通过 Ce LIII 边 X 射线吸收谱和 Ce 3d 芯能级 X 射线光电子能谱获得了价态涨落的直接证据。实验数据与两种化合物电子能带的从头计算结果进行了对比。
