Bi4Ti3O12的电子结构与价带谱

摘要
给出了Bi4Ti3O12的X射线光电子价带谱和X射线发射价带谱（Ti K_beta_5、Ti L_alpha、O K_alpha）（在共同能量尺度上分析），并基于该材料理想化I4/mmm结构的能带结构计算进行了解释。
