C1b化合物的体敏感光电子能谱研究

摘要
本工作报告了CoTiSb价带在1.2至5 keV光子能量激发下的体敏感高能光电子能谱研究。高能光电子能谱是在BESSY II的KMC-1高能光束线上，使用最近开发的Phoibos 225 HV分析仪采集的。测量结果与使用LDA方案计算的电子结构吻合良好。结果表明，与低能XPS谱相比，高能谱能更好地揭示体电子结构。
