摘要
我们建立了一个研究测度弱收敛有效理论的框架。我们定义了 上测度弱收敛的两个有效概念：一个是一致的，另一个是非一致的。我们证明这些概念是等价的。借助该等价性，我们证明了波尔查诺—定理（Portmanteau Theorem）的一个有效版本，该版本由弱收敛测度的多个等价定义组成。
