秩2齐性空间中的有效等分布与二次型的取值

摘要
我们建立了具有多项式误差率的有效等分布定理，适用于绝对秩为2的准分裂、几乎单线性代数群的商空间中幂幺子群的轨道。作为应用，受Eskin、Margulis和Mozes结果的启发，我们就不定三元二次型在整数点处取值的分布建立了定量结果，特别是给出了Oppenheim猜想的有效的定量证明。
