小型自催化反应网络的动力学 II：复制、突变与催化

摘要
在自催化反应网络中引入突变。讨论了低维动力系统（n = 2、3 和 4）的例子，并给出了完整的定性分析。在具有频率无关复制率的简单复制-突变动力学中已知的误差阈值在此处同样出现。此处的阈值并非表现为协同转变或高阶相变，而是表现为超临界或亚临界分岔，类似于一级相变。
