La2-xSrxCuO4中掺杂依赖的态密度和赝隙行为

摘要
我们在从重过掺杂金属到未掺杂绝缘体的宽空穴浓度(x)范围内,对La2-xSrxCuO4进行了高分辨率光电子发射研究。随着x的减小,化学势(\mu)处的谱态密度被抑制,其x依赖性类似于电子比热系数的抑制。在欠掺杂区域,光谱显示出能量尺度约为0.1 eV的赝隙结构。赝隙宽度随x的减小而增加,遵循磁化率和霍尔系数特征温度的x依赖性。
