垂直(Ga,Mn)As中的畴壁电阻：对钉扎的依赖

摘要
我们研究了具有垂直磁化的霍尔棒中两种畴壁的畴壁电阻。对于钉扎在刻蚀台阶处的畴壁，推断出存在显著的正面内禀DWR，这与早期的观测非常一致。然而，当畴壁由未刻蚀材料中的钉扎线形成时，获得了低得多的内禀畴壁电阻。这表明跨越畴壁的自旋输运受到钉扎性质的强烈影响。
