摘要
理论上研究了(Ga,Mn)As中的本征畴壁电阻(DWR),并与实验结果进行了比较。采用了最近发展的稀磁半导体中自旋输运模型[Van Dorpe et al., Phys. Rev. B 72, 205322 (2005)]。该模型将无无序的Landauer-Büttiker形式与宿主能带结构的紧束缚描述相结合。所得结果显示了球形4x4 kp模型[Nguyen, Shchelushkin, and Brataas, cond-mat/0601436]在绝热极限下如何高估DWR,并揭示了DWR对磁化轮廓和畴壁晶体学取向的依赖性。
