模 $2^t$ 逆同余伪随机数短子序列的分布

摘要
本文研究模 逆同余伪随机数极短序列的分布。我们导出了此类序列指数和的一个新界，并借此给出其偏差的估计。我们所使用的技术基于 N. M. Korobov (1972) 估计二重 Weyl 和的方法以及 K. Ford (2002) 给出的 Vinogradov 均值定理的完全显式形式，该技术此前从未在该领域使用，极有可能找到进一步的应用。
