摘要
在这项工作中，我们通过比较一个词与其反向互补序列的词间距离分布，探索对称词对之间的相异性。我们提出了一种此类分布之间相异性的新度量。由于具有不同模式的对称对可能指向进化特征，我们搜索具有最相异行为的对。我们将研究聚焦于完整人类基因组及其重复掩蔽版本。
