生化子网络层级的发现与分析

摘要
将生化网络表示为图是细胞生化中最粗粒度的描述层级。通过研究网络结构，可以对生化过程的大尺度组织得出结论。我们描述了如何提取子网络层级、如何解释这些层级并进一步解构以发现自主子网络的方法。我们发现的大尺度组织特征是一个紧密连接的核心，周围环绕着连接越来越松散的底物。
