设 $G_n$ 为定义在 $V_n=\{v_1,\dots, v_n\}$ 上的简单图。 $G_n$ 的 Seidel 矩阵 $S(G_n)$ 是 $n\times n$ 矩阵，其 $(ij)$ 项（当 $i\neq j$ 时）在 $v_i\sim v_j$ 时为 $-1$ ，否则为 $1$ ，且对角元为 $0$ 。我们证明，满足 $\det(S(G_n))\geq n-1$ 的简单图 $G_n$ 的比例随着 $n$ 趋于无穷而趋于一。
