摘要
设计并构建了一台分辨率为 30nm 的全场透射硬 X 射线显微镜 (TXM) 原型机。该 TXM 基于紧凑、高刚度、低散热和低振动的设计理念，并采用菲涅尔波带片 (FZP) 作为成像光学元件。本文详细介绍了 TXM 的设计，包括光路布局、FZP 参数以及 TXM 仪器的机械设计。初步成像结果实现了 52nm 的空间分辨率。
