摘要
更详细地考察了与外部磁场相互作用的电子密度泛函理论 (DFT)，该磁场仅与自旋耦合。获得了一个意想不到的推广:在某些情况下(包括半金属铁磁体和磁性绝缘体)，当均匀磁场发生位移一段非零范围时，基态及其因此而不变的自旋密度矩阵。在此类情况下，基态能量不再是自旋密度矩阵alone 的函数。证明了在磁性 DFT 中，绝缘体或半金属的能隙是 N 电子系统的基态性质。
