摘要
本文呈现一项计算机科学领域的系统文献综述，概览了关于数字虚假信息的各类倡议。该研究为探索性研究，涵盖1993至2020年间的研究，聚焦虚假信息现象的调查。该综述涵盖来自SCOPUS、IEEE和ACM数字图书馆的788项研究，综合了主要研究方向与社会技术挑战。这些挑战被划分为物理维度、实证维度、语法维度、语义维度、语用维度和社会维度，基于组织语言学。该映射识别了虚假信息概念相关问题，揭示了缓解策略中的不足，探讨了干预利益相关者方面的挑战，并阐明了一系列与理解和缓解数字虚假信息有害影响相关的社会技术方面。作为贡献，本研究提出了新的缓解策略分类、虚假信息类型的社会技术分类法，并详述了社会技术方面的相互关系及其影响。
