摘要

本注记的目的是填补文献 [4] 中定理 5.1 前两项证明中的一个漏洞，该证明依赖于 Polya 型不等式以及文献 [4] 命题 4.1 和 4.2 中给出的单调重排等式情形的刻画，而这些命题的陈述和证明需要进行一些调整。
