摘要
本勘误与补遗旨在纠正文献[1]中的错误。它由五部分组成：1. 引理7.1和命题7.2错误，予以舍弃；2. 在不使用命题7.2的情况下对(7.1)中λ(ξ)存在性的新证明；3. 定理5.2中一个新双射的定义及基于新技术的证明；4. 基于定理5.2中新双射的定理5.5的新证明；5. 命题3.1中例外单对列表的更正。文献[1]的主要结果如所述仍然成立。我们还添加了一条关于推广的最终注记。
