电子束诱导氧化可控制备单壁碳纳米管电极

摘要
在有源器件构型中研究了通过电子束诱导氧化制备由典型宽度为 20nm 的间隙分隔的金属性单壁碳纳米管电极。过程中连续测量了碳纳米管的电导。该实验提供了对间隙尺寸以及形成间隙所需电子剂量的统计评估。同时,还展示了精确并行切割多根碳纳米管的能力。
