单个单壁碳纳米管的电子衍射分析

摘要
我们详细介绍了对单个单壁碳纳米管的电子衍射研究。一种新颖的样品制备方法提供了分离良好、长且直的单个单壁碳纳米管。衍射实验在60kV下进行，低于碳纳米管中击穿损伤的阈值。我们描述了实验参数，使得使用广泛可用的热发射透射电子显微镜进行单管电子衍射实验成为可能。此外，我们回顾了这些物体的衍射图样模拟。
