单个单壁碳纳米管的四端电阻

摘要
我们研究了以非侵入式电压电极测量的单壁碳纳米管电阻。电压通过多壁碳纳米管检测，而电流通过纳米制造的 Au 电极注入。结果表明，室温下的电阻随长度呈线性关系，符合经典电阻器的预期。而在低温下，四端电阻则取决于 Au-纳米管界面电阻，甚至可能因量子干涉效应而变为负值。
