持续再评估及相关剂量探索设计

摘要
在过去二十年中，关于一期、二期及一期/二期剂量探索研究的设计与分析，方法论上取得了显著进展。其中许多进展与O'Quigley、Pepe和Fisher（\citeyearQPF1990）首次提出的持续再评估方法（CRM）相关。CRM模型已被证明具有实用价值，在本文中，我们探讨了其基本方法、与其他方法的联系、一些推广以及模型的进一步应用。我们获得了一些可为实践提供指导的新结果。
