摘要
最近，Vontobel 展示了原图因子图系综的 Bethe 自由能与退火自由能之间的关系。本文中，任何随机正则、非正则和泊松因子图系综的退火自由能都与 Bethe 自由能相关联。退火自由能表达为一个最大化问题的解，其驻点条件方程与置信传播方程一致，因为特定类型变量节点和因子节点对配分函数的贡献具有类似于负 Bethe 自由能的形式。这给出了副本对称解的简单推导。结果表明，在副本对称假设下，对于正则系综，副本对称解与退火自由能相等。
