摘要
我们制造并表征了一种新型静电计，该静电计将两个平行的单电子晶体管 (SET) 耦合到射频槽电路中，用作差分 RF-SET。我们演示了该器件在求和、差分和单 SET 工作模式下的运行，并用它测量了来自差分单库珀对盒的库仑阶梯。在差分模式下，该器件对非相关输入信号敏感，同时屏蔽相关信号。
