我们证明边缘 Heegaard Floer 同调以自然的方式检测不可压缩曲面，边缘缝合 Floer 同调以自然的方式检测部分边界平行缠结与桥。例如，存在一个双模 Lambda，使得 CFD(Y) 与 Lambda 的张量积 Hom-正交于 CFD(Y) 当且仅当 Y 的边界容许一个本质压缩圆盘。在此过程中，我们强化了 Ni 的一个非消没结果。我们还扩展了 Lipshitz-Ozsv\'ath-Thurston 用于计算 HF-hat 的“分解”算法以计算边缘缝合 Floer 同调，从而使关于检测不可压缩性的两项结果具备实用性。特别地，这使得 Zarev 的缠结不变量成为显式组合的。
