摘要
在垂直于界面施加磁场的情况下，SrTiO3/LaAlO3 界面的纵向电阻 具有一个反对称项（即 ），该反对称项随温度降低和磁场增强而增大。我们认为该现象的起源是非均匀霍尔效应，且反常霍尔效应有明显贡献，这表明存在非均匀的场诱导磁化。
