LaAlO3与SrTiO3超导界面的反常磁输运

摘要

报道了8个单胞厚LaAlO3与SrTiO3之间原子级平整界面的磁阻随温度和磁场的变化关系。在载流子浓度为3.5×10^13 cm^-2的超导样品中，于30 K以下观测到磁阻的反常各向异性行为。我们将此行为归因于界面处形成的磁有序。
