LaAlO₃/SrTiO₃ 界面迁移率的厚度依赖性

摘要
研究了一系列 LaAlO₃/SrTiO₃ 界面的电子输运性质，发现在恒定生长条件下，薄层电阻和磁阻存在系统的厚度依赖性。这种趋势出现在四个单胞的临界厚度之上，低于该厚度时 LaAlO₃/SrTiO₃ 界面不导电。随着 LaAlO₃ 厚度从五个单胞增加到二十五个单胞，观察到电子气的迁移率急剧下降了近两个数量级。
