49种单细胞基因组的注释：来自 Bacillariophyta clade 的钝藻

钝藻是一大类微藻，在全球碳循环和初级生产中发挥关键作用。尽管它们在生态学中具有重要意义，但针对钝藻的综合基因组资源有限。为此，我们对以前未注释的 49 种钝藻物种进行了注释。获得的基因组组装来自 NCBI Datasets，并使用 RepeatModeler2 和 RepeatMasker 进行处理以识别重复元素。对于基因预测，BRAKER2 在缺乏转录组数据时使用，而当从 Sequence Read Archive 获取转录组短读数数据时使用 BRAKER3。使用 BUSCO 评估基因组组装和预测蛋白集的质量，确保高质量的基因组资源。通过 EnTAP 进行功能注释，为预测的蛋白质的生物学角色提供见解。我们的研究增强了可用于钝藻生物学、生态学和进化学研究的基因组工具套件。
