摘要
给定一套 n 居室公寓中 n 位室友的主观偏好，可以使用 Sperner 引理找到一种租金分配方案，使得每位室友对各自分得的不同房间感到满意。在给定的价格分配下，没有室友对其他房间有严格更强的偏好。我们给出了一种新的初等证明，表明仅需 n-1 位室友的主观偏好实际上就足以实现这种无嫉妒的租金分配。特别地，我们的证明产生了一种寻找此类公平租金分配的算法。这些技术还给出了 Sperner 引理的推广，包括对第三作者一个猜想的新证明。
