我们详细研究了Jeffrey和Weitsman的工作，特别是\cite{Jeffrey:Weitsman:1992}和\cite{Jeffrey:Weitsman:1994}。具体而言，我们描述了切割出Bohr-Sommerfeld矩多面体的不等式如何为三个共轭类的情形下的SU(2)乘法特征值问题提供解的方式。
