Pulli kolam 是南印度一种普遍存在的艺术形式。它涉及在平面上围绕一组点（pullis）绘制一条线，并遵循三条强制性规则：所有线轨道应为闭合的，所有点都被环绕，且任意两条线不能在有限长度上重叠。多年来，这种艺术形式的数学基础引起了关注。在这项工作中，我们提出了一种简单的5步拓扑方法，通过该方法可以系统地绘制出在平面上以任意空间配置排列的任意数量点 N 的所有可能 kolams。
