单片CMOS像素传感器背减薄研究及其在像素束流望远镜中的应用

摘要

本文报道了对CMOS单片像素传感器在背减薄前后的电荷收集与信噪比性能的详细研究结果,及其在ALS 1.5 GeV ee^- 束流测试设施的像素束流望远镜中的应用。
