摘要
我们给出 Gromov 关于 空间中 n 维 Lipschitz 链（具有整数与 Z_2 系数）的填充体积不等式的一个非常简短且相当初等的证明。该不等式被用于证明闭非球面 Riemannian 流形的 Gromov 系统不等式，且常被视为其中的困难步骤。
