摘要
激光辅助原子探针层析成像(La-APT)中表面原子的激光增强场蒸发可同时激发半导体或绝缘体样品的光致发光。我们开发了一台配备适当聚焦和收集光学系统的原子探针,并与可在APT分析期间运行的原位微光致发光(μPL)平台耦合。我们研制的光子原子探针仪器工作频率高达500 kHz,由150 fs激光脉冲控制,脉冲能量可在从深紫外到近红外的宽光谱范围内调谐。微PL光谱学使用一台焦距320 mm的光谱仪,配备CCD相机进行时间积分测量,以及条纹相机进行时间分辨采集。将该仪器应用于多量子阱氧化物异质结构样品的实例,展示了这一新一代断层扫描原子探针的潜力。
