摘要
在这篇注记中，基于N. M. Katz关于Kloosterman层的开创性工作，我们推导出了Kloosterman和偶次幂矩的渐近公式。类似地，我们还可以得到奇次幂矩的上界。此外，我们将给出绝对Kloosterman和奇次幂矩的渐近公式。因此，我们发现存在无穷多个模p的a使得当p→+∞时S(a,1;p)大于或小于0。
